Make players join in "help" fc Empty Make players join in "help" fc

as they log in automaticly be in the chat or have a server annoncement on client saying join "help" fc for help and talk and much more!
so that regular players that cant yell or anything that wants to tell a bunch of people stuff or just chat with everyone from a different place
